Our Oracle Enabled HR Transformation team includes practitioners with deep HR technology, operations, and industry experience, HR and Payroll professionals, technical architects, and consultants. We differentiate and win based on our understanding of the heart of business issues and enabling our client's experience with Oracle Cloud technology. We collaborate to design, implement, and integrate Oracle HCM cloud solutions to enable the transformation of the HR function and the overall employee experience. Human Resources Transformation
The HR Transformation offering is a core component of our Human Capital practice - the work we do supports the five major issues our clients are facing. We collaborate with our clients to develop leading global HR strategies and support organizations in achieving excellence through implementing solutions that transform how they organize, develop capabilities, deploy leading technology, and deliver a leading employee experience.
Keeping the employee in mind, all our services cater to improving an organization's productivity through their human capital asset. The client issues we work with range from the need for a comprehensive HR strategy to determining the need for new and enabling technologies, to streamlining HR operations and transforming the way HR is delivered. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,875 to $163,125.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.

- Implementation strategy and roadmap development

Qualifications
Required:
- Required 2 years minimum experience in the following areas:
- Hands on experience in at least one Full Life Cycle implementation of the Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) product, from planning to configuration through go-live
- Strong functional and/or technical knowledge of the Oracle HCM Cloud system in one or more of the following modules: Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, OTL, Absence, ORC, Talent Management, Learn
- Superior communications skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel
- Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred :
- Oracle HCM Cloud Certification(s)
- Consulting firm experience
- Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
