The Associate Analyst on the Agile Team Optimization team plays a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making to enhance organizational agility. This individual is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to our processes, tools, and overall team performance. By providing actionable insights and identifying key trends, the Associate Data Analyst helps the team understand the impact of implemented practices and uncovers opportunities for further optimization.
Essential Functions
Data Collection and Integration:
- Gather quantitative and qualitative data from various sources such as project management tools, team performance metrics, and feedback surveys.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by cleaning and validating datasets.
Performance Analysis:
- Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of current practices and tools in improving agility.
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement within processes and workflows.
Reporting and Visualization:
- Create comprehensive reports and visual dashboards that clearly communicate findings to the Agility Improvement Team and other stakeholders.
- Develop metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure the impact of implemented changes.
Strategic Insights:
- Provide data-driven recommendations to guide the team in making informed decisions about process enhancements and tool integrations.
- Support the identification and prioritization of initiatives that will have the most significant impact on organizational agility.
AI Model Utilization and Adaptation:
- Integrate AI models into data analysis workflows to enhance the accuracy and depth of insights.
- Adapt and tune existing AI models to fit specific business needs and datasets.
Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:
- Work closely with team members and other departments to understand data needs and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and agile methodologies to continuously enhance analysis techniques and insights
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of work experience or a Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 or more years of work experience
- Project experience in application development.
- Practical understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
- Analytical mind with a strong ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Self-starter with the ability to take initiative, manage multiple projects, and drive them forward to completion.
- Curious and driven, always seeking to learn, improve, and innovate in all aspects of the role.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to senior leaders effectively and confidently.
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 95,200.00 to 134,600.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
