We have an exciting opportunity for a reliability and engineering manager!
Located on our site in Belgium (Soignies), you report to the technical services manager.
The main responsibilities of this position are:
- Lead engineering and automation teams
- Lead compliance and reliability experts as well as the warehouse and purchasing technical team.
- Work closely with Maintenance Coordinators to develop and maintain strong technical service.
- Develop the plant’s technical reliability strategy.
- Develop, adapt and maintain internal processes linked to the technical department.
- Lead the energy efficiency program.
- Monitor, alert and anticipate investment or operating gaps.
In this role, you will transforming the vision of great team spirit and an efficient technical department into lasting success.
Qualifications
Let's talk about you!
- You hold a Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent with experience.
- You demonstrate agility and dynamism, and have strong leadership skills. You have expertise in mechanical, electrical, automation and CMMS engineering.
- You have successful experience of more than 7 years in a project/technical function in a manufacturing environment.
- You are an outstanding colleague, capable of coordinating efforts between different functions and departments
- You can integrate a variety of inputs into a coherent strategy
- You consider Security a priority
- You have the ability to exert influence at different levels of the organization
- You understand the basics of Lean Six Sigma tools
- You speak English fluently
