- 7 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience designing learning programs and curriculum, building structures to support learner competency attainment, or creating strategies in a hybrid classroom environment.
- Experience with U.S. apprenticeships landscape, including policies, frameworks, and notable ecosystem partners

- Experience with inclusive design, early career / workforce programs, and working with historically marginalized communities
- Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders and leaders.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$234,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
