The Tableau Global Sales Strategy team leverages the full Tableau and CRM Analytics product suite to grow and enable a data-driven Sales organization. In this role, you will provide the analyses and reporting that drive high-impact decisions across Sales leadership for the world’s #1 Analytics platform. You will set the golden standard for what powerful, insightful dashboards look like and how the full Salesforce Sales organization can leverage data to drive their business. Successful candidates will be able to analyze and visualize data to drive insights, provide strategic recommendations, and guide the charge on execution and change management.
What you’ll be doing…
Enabling Tableau and CRMA Sales Leadership and AEs with tools and data to promote business awareness, improve forecasting, and help Sales find, land, expand, and maintain customers.
Operating as a Tableau Sales Data Steward by finding, curating, maintaining, and providing enablement for reliable and timely ACV, Pipeline, and Pipegen data.
Operating as an expert for Tableau on Tableau internally and externally by building gold standard run-the-business dashboards, driving global adoption of our reporting, and providing use cases for Tableau on Tableau that can be shared with our customers.
Collaborating cross-functionally within the Sales Operations organization to ensure consistent reporting standards and processes.
Consulting on and driving the operational rigor and framework necessary to unify and accelerate self-service analytics for the Tableau Sales organization using both CRMA and Tableau.
Who you are…
Experienced. 5+ years of professional experience in Sales Operations, Analytics, Finance, Statistics, or other related fields.
Analytical. Exceptional data analysis skills, including attention to detail and ability to manage various data points to achieve a common goal.
Technically Savvy. Expert in Tableau with and data visualization. Practical experience writing SQL queries and pulling data from relational databases.
Flexible & Nimble. Ability to excel in a fast growing/fast paced environment, delivering with accuracy while managing deadlines.
Multi-Tasker. Ability to understand broader business and financial issues, juggle multiple projects and tasks, and communicate across various project stages and departments.
Organized. Proven project execution skills with a strong desire to document best practices and process improvements. Ability to see the bigger picture and prioritize accordingly.
Education. Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $102,500 to $140,900.Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.
