The Fulfillment Associate, Document Management (FA) works in a fast-paced team environment processing mostly digital documents to meet our customer's requirements. The FA will also research documents and information online to fulfill the customer's requests. •Fulfill initial filings and document requests (e.g., retrieval requests, incorporations, formations).
•Strong customer service skills and be dedicated to going above and beyond for the customer.

Preferred Experience /Training:
•High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
•1 year experience in an office environment; customer service; retail or hospitality preferred.
•Solid data entry skills.
•Ability to multitask and demonstrate ability to problem solve.
•Excellent analytical, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
•Ability to work overtime as needed.
•Lift Up to 10 Lbs.
•Navigate Department of State Websites.
