$138,900.00 - $225,504.49
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.

Inside Sales Manager - Citrix
Job Description:
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives, driving sales performance for the Citrix product line.
- Nurture and secure new business opportunities in designated territories, ensuring consistent growth.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling with current partner accounts to maximize revenue.
- Find and recruit new customers and partners to expand the business footprint.
- Focus on customer renewals and contract extensions while maintaining strong relationships among stakeholders and client organizations.
- Identify sales scenarios and opportunities to develop business to meet and exceed sales targets.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in a similar position within software solutions sales, partner organization, or IT channel sales.
- Strong knowledge or familiarity with selling SaaS.
- Familiarity with Cloud Software Group, Citrix, and/or competitors is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to build and develop strategic business relationships with clients and partners.
- Self-motivated with a hardworking and proactive approach.
- Management experience is required, with a track record of leading successful sales teams.
Work Arrangement
- For candidates in Colorado: Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days remote.
- For candidates in other states: Fully Remote - Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.
