Visa U.S.A. Inc, a Visa Inc. company, needs a Finance Manager (multiple openings) in Foster City, CA to
- Drive Monthly Financial Close, Quarterly Forecast, and Annual Budget processes for Global Innovation and Digital Partnerships organization.
- Partner with Business to develop long and short term financial and strategic plans, along with Regional Finance teams.
- Analyze revenue data by client, by region, and by type, and present insights and key findings to senior leadership.
- Work with Regional Finance such as NA, EU, CEMEA, AP, and LAC - to align strategies and revenue methodology and models.
- Establish efficient processes and standards for financial tools and models such as standard and automated monthly reporting for I&DP and sub teams.
- Spearhead ad-hoc projects to improve Finance processes such as monthly PV data mapping and reporting.
- Position reports to the Foster City, California office and may allow for partial telecommuting.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Finance Manager-related occupation.
- SQL, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Hyperion-Essbase
- Financial statements (e.g., Proft & Loss statements, Balance Sheet statements)
- Modeling techniques, including regression, sensitivity analysis, and managing large data sets
- Data visualization tools such as Tableau
- FP&A skills such as budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and financial reporting
- Working in a financial services industry with responsibilities involving multi-business line or matrixed-organizational support.
Additional Information
Worksite: Foster City, CA
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Travel Requirements: This position does not require travel.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $124,600.00 USD to $199,300.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for an annual bonus and equity.
