What You Will Do:
Pratt and Whitney Engine Design and Systems Integration (EDSI) is looking for a Depot Engineer to support Operational Military Engines (OME) programs (TF33) working at Oklahoma City, OK on-site at Tinker.
The candidate will work with the TF33 EDSI Depot Manager to support our customer with product support tasks. This position provides the opportunity to be involved directly with USAF and Engineering Teams in OKC, CT, and FL. Candidate responsibilities will be commensurate with their background, experience, and education.
This position requires participation in customer and/or program technical reviews and joint committee meetings, providing status updates on tasks, as well as representing EDSI in various forums. Interested candidates should have some background interfacing with customers, systems engineering principles, and working in an IPT environment.
Be an active member of the TF33 engine Design & System Integration (EDSI) team with "Boots on the Ground" at Tinker Air Force Base (AFB) Depot
Support TF33 PACER Phoenix / COI Deliverables such as hardware trending, engine investigations, and supportability tasks
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5+ years engineering experience or a Master's degree and 3+ years engineering experience
US Citizenship due to government contracts
Travel is approximately 10%
Must be able to obtain a DoD CAC (Common Access Card) to work at Tinker AFB
Qualifications We Prefer:
Knowledge of TF33 engine
Experience working with United States Air Force (USAF) Engineering
Working knowledge of SAP and TeamCenter Engineering (PLM Software)
Knowledge of Engine Life Management Team (ELMT) practices
Experience with Microsoft Office suite of tools

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
