- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with system development in consumer electronics/embedded design.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: SOC/MCU, power (DC-DC converters, battery and power management), charging systems, mixed circuits, sensor integration.
- Experience with various communication protocols (e.g., SPI, I2C, UART, USB, MIPI-DSI), standard Radio Frequency (RF)/Wi-Fi interfaces at chipset, baseband, and antenna integration levels.
- Experience with system integration between hardware and software domains
- Experience working with OEM/ODM/JDM/CM partners, understanding of product development process for mass-volume production design, with focus on design for manufacturing and design for test.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $102,000-$150,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and select components and new technologies for next generation products based on product outlook and end-user experiences.
- Lead new design concepts and features through exploration, prototyping, and implementation to mass production.
- Create system specifications and plan/lead validation of your designs. Lead complete functional verification, signal characterization, power modeling/test, and system coexistence testing.
- Drive resolution of cross-functional issues including those related to architecture (e.g., performance, power consumption), production (e.g., quality, failure analysis, manufacturing), and development (e.g., schematic design and review, PCB layout, and overall system integration).
- Work with and manage suppliers/manufacturing partners to establish mutually beneficial relationships for future product designs.
