Synthesizes customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledges technical, schedule and cost constraints. Develops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for completing systems. Coordinates integrated testing activities. Reviews and evaluates test requirements to insure completeness of test program. Performs technical analysis of complete systems and prepares comprehensive system level evaluations.
These roles may be filled as an Associate level 1 or level 2.
Basic Qualifications Associate level 1:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering Discipline and 0 years experience
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret clearance
- Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (PAR) as determined by business needs
Basic Qualifications Level 2:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering Discipline and 2 years experience; 0 years experience with Masters degree
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret clearance
- Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (PAR) as determined by business needs
Additional positions levels not listed on this requisition may also be considered:
- Principal Engineer: Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM discipline and 5 years of related experience or a Master’s degree and 3 years of related experience
- Senior Principal Engineer: Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM discipline and 9 years of related experience or a Master’s degree and 7 years of related experience
- Staff Principal Engineer: Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM discipline and 14 years of related experience or a Master’s degree and 12 years of related experience or a Ph.D. and 9 years of related experience
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret Clearance
Salary Range: $53,500 - $92,900
Salary Range 2: $64,600 - $112,300
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate’s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
