Your responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the successful execution of our diverse troubleshooting cases starting with the customer inquiry until the successful completion of site works (leakages, flashovers, broken and more).
You will make workflow, work rules, work procedure and necessary documents.
You will arrange the project team with members from the required disciplines and ensure that each member completes the assigned tasks and work packages according to the project plan which you created.
During the project execution, you will define and successfully manage all project milestones and ensure the on-time recovery of our products.
In case of deviations, you will proactively initiate the appropriate actions to bring the project back on track.
As the first point of contact to the customer, you will ensure customer satisfaction with your open and proactive communication.
Your tasks will include the management of change to reduce products risk and roll out the countermeasure work for related products.
You will be responsible for regular project reporting to management and whenever you see improvement potential in your project or in the general project execution, you share your knowledge with the team.

Your background:
You hold Engineering degree (electrical or mechanical).
Minimum 3 years of experience in technical for GCB/GIS or TR.
General knowledge and a little special knowledge for GCB and GIS.
Team operation skill to proceed troubleshooting.
Proficiency in languages: English & Japanese, other of advantage.
