Meet The Speakers

Samantha Wessels

Vice President of Sales, EMEA

Samantha Wessels is the Vice President of Sales for EMEA at Elastic. She has demonstrated over 20 years of record-setting performance in the Global Information Technology & Communications (ICT) industry and is well respected for delivering year-on-year sales growth. Samantha has been with Elastic in London since September of 2018.

Kate Presnukhina

Commercial Account Executive, Central & Eastern Europe

Kate Presnukhina is a Commercial Account Executive for Elastic within the Central and Eastern European regions. She joined Elastic in October of 2018 as a User Success Manager and was promoted to a senior on the team in May of 2020. Kate then pivoted to her current role on the sales team this past April. Prior to Elastic, Kate was an Intellectual Property Assistant with Brandstock Services AG.

Leah Sutton

Senior Vice President, Global HR

Leah Sutton is the Senior Vice President of Global HR at Elastic. She's been with the company for 5+ years. Prior, Leah was the Senior Director of People and Culture at Plum Organics, an HR Business Partner with Bloom Energy, and a Senior Consultent of Human Capital with Deloitte.

Victoria Rae

EMEA and APJ Recruiting Manager, Field Operations

Victoria Rae is an EMEA and APJ Recruiting Manager for Field Operations (Sales and Professional Services) at Elastic. She's been with the company for three years, growing from a Senior EMEA Recruiter - Field Operations (Sales) into her current role. Prior, Victoria worked in recruitment for Workday, Akamai Technologies, and Regus.

Kim Holyszko

Director of Support

Kim has been working in Support teams for a number of years, as a manager, team lead and support engineer. Her educational background is actually in German languages and literatures and she's happy that she can still use her German with some of her employees and teammates today! Now, she's focussing more on learning Spanish, as, thanks to Elastic's distributed working approach, she was able to relocate to Barcelona when she joined a few years ago. Within her role as the Director of Support at Elastic, Kim is very interested in projects around knowledge management and technical enablement of the team. They are currently working on an exciting project to build a knowledge UI in house using Elastic products.

Anna Maria Modée

Senior Solution Architect

Anna Maria Modée is a Senior Solution Architect at Elastic. She joined the company in August of 2020. Prior, Anna was a Solution Engineer at Oracle, a Developer at Bontouch AB, and a Software Developer at Sjoland & Thyselius AB.
