Meet The Speaker
Orly Lynn is a Diversity and Inclusion Practitioner, and Head of Global Inclusion and Diversity at Commvault as well as the founder and CEO of Diversity Unfiltered. Orly is responsible for the design and implementation of Commvault’s very first I&D strategy. In her role she oversees the organization’s diversity training, employee engagement, diverse talent acquisition and partnerships. She collaborates with fellow HR colleagues and works closely with senior leaders of the organization to weave I&D into all parts of the business. Orly advises and educates leaders and team members on the value of Inclusive Leadership, and she especially enjoys providing developmental tools, coaching women of all ages who are seeking new opportunities or those simply ready to pivot in their careers.
