Bridget FinkeldeyI have a passion for giving back to the community. I have worked with a lot of LGBTQA+ and POC non-profits, customer service, Learning & development, training, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. To ensure everyone is welcomed. I currently work at a tech company called Ingenio. I’ve had the opportunity to help revamp onboarding, conduct Lunch & Learn, arrange and celebrate cultural celebrations, Lead informative townhalls and work closely with the c-suite. Outside of Ingenio I am working on becoming a life coach and writing an inspirational book to help uplift, encourage and inspire.
