The Hitachi Energy Indian Operations Center (INOPC) is a competence center with around 2600+ skilled engineers who focus on tendering, engineering, planning, procurement, project Management, functional system testing, installation supervision, documentation and commissioning. However, over the last decade, it has evolved to become the largest Operations hub. The India Operations Centre team at Chennai, Bangalore and Gurugram supports Hitachi Energy’s units in more than 40 countries across a wide portfolio of all the four business units in Hitachi Energy To date, the team has executed engineering and commissioning for projects in more than 80 countries.
Mission Statement:
Training & Development Delivery work focuses on delivering/providing training for the general workforce and targeted functional/technical areas including, delivering training materials including presentation materials, training guides/manuals, course evaluations, etc. Coordinating training schedule based on training requirements An Entry Professional (P1) applies broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education. May require the following proficiency: Work is closely supervised. Problems faced are not typically difficult or complex. Explains facts, policies and practices related to job area.
Your responsibilities:
Responsible in training the assessors on Functional Competency Assessment and handle logistical aspects of FCA training & certification, Internal Training Programs.
Responsible for Online Induction program.
Coordinate with global L&D team for the execution of global training programs like Power Your Leadership, Collaborative Circle program. Coordinate and execute Master the Blaster program for all employees of INOPC and IDC. Interact closely with Talent & Learning Team at Bangalore and execute all Internal and Global programs in our unit.
Responsible for administrative support to organize programs.
Coordinate with global L&D team for the execution of global training programs like Power Your Leadership, Collaborative Circle program.
Handle logistical aspects of training programs including completion and certification ceremony.
Coordinate and execute Master the Blaster program for all employees of INOPC and IDC and interact closely with Talent & Learning Team at Bangalore and execute all Internal and Global programs in our unit

Your Background:
Bachlors degree in any stream.
Should have 3 to 6 years of HR experience.
Should have experience of handling New Joiner Orientation Program.
Proficiency in English.
