Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in either system design or in a programming language (e.g., Java, C++, Python, etc.).
- 6 years of experience in technical troubleshooting, and managing internal/external partners or customers.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies.
- 8 years of experience with data analysis and SQL/MySQL.
- 8 years of experience in operations management (i.e., process improvement, operational reviews, optimizing workflows).
- Experience working with enterprise stakeholders (e.g. automakers).
- Experience with Google Maps products and services.
As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for the technical relationship of our largest advertising clients and/or product partners. You will lead cross-functional teams in Engineering, Sales and Product Management to leverage emerging technologies for our external clients/partners. From concept design and testing to data analysis and support, you will oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's online advertising platforms and/or product partnerships.
You will be able to balance business and partner needs with technical constraints, develop innovative, cutting edge solutions and act as a partner and consultant to those you are working with. You will also be able to build tools and automate products, oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's partnerships, as well as develop product strategy and prioritize projects and resources.
In this role, you will collaborate with a diverse array of global partners leveraging Geo Auto products to develop and integrate cutting-edge navigation solutions for their vehicles. You will align the strategic objectives of Google with those of our partners, ensuring comprehensive fulfillment of automotive navigation experiences through seamless integration of Geo Auto products across both edge and cloud platforms. You will oversee the product from its initial concept to its deployment on the road. You will also collaborate with various teams specializing in cutting-edge fields such as navigation, advanced automotive sensors, high-end embedded computing, complex software and electrical architectures, sustainable transportation, and advanced manufacturing. You will gain insights in engineering and business aspects of bringing products to market.

- Lead automotive partners as they integrate Google Maps and automotive Software Development Kits (SDK) across complex domains including automotive operating system platforms, Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) components, and in-vehicle infotainment.
- Manage the automotive partner relationship and be responsible for driving issue resolutions including bugs, missing functionality, and feature requests.
- Model the requirements, constraints, and roadmap of automotive partners internally to guide product development.
- Support the Geo Auto Forward Deployed Engineering team as a subject matter expert.
- Work closely with teams across the Geo Auto, Geo Developer, and Android organizations to ensure Google provides a uniform and complete automotive solution.
