We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project & Program Coordinator to support a global department of approximately 60 team members across 5 countries. This role is critical in driving operational excellence, ensuring effective program coordination, maintaining accurate budget and resource tracking, and supporting departmental initiatives in close collaboration with the leadership team. 

In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. This is a Technical Program Management III position at Associate level, which is part of the job family responsible for oversee and lead the execution of multiple projects and/or programs, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. Include program management and related project support roles.

What you'll do in the role

  • Coordinate and support divisional projects in partnership with the department’s leadership team as well as with the super-department’s PMO-team . 

  • Ensure smooth execution of ongoing initiatives and track progress against key milestones. 

  • Facilitate communication across global teams and assist in preparing project updates and documentation. 

  • Monitor the division’s overall budget and ensure spending remains on track compared to projections. 

  • Support budget planning cycles and maintain accurate budget records. 

  • Review forecasts and highlight variances, risks, and required adjustments. 

  • Manage resource allocation tools to ensure staffing and workload are correctly assigned across teams. 

  • Support recruitment processes by coordinating with hiring managers and HR. 

  • Provide accurate and timely headcount statistics and workforce insights. 

  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation to support management decision-making. 


What you'll bring to the role

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and time zones. 

  • Proactive mindset with a positive, can-do attitude and a strong sense of ownership. 

  • High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. 

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis). 

  • Experience in project coordination, program management, or operational support roles is preferred. 

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic, global environment. 

  • At least 4 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
