Responsibilities

We are seeking a talented Designer to join our creative team. This role will work directly under and in support of the Creative Director, combining strong branding expertise with mastery of typography, negative space, and conceptual design. While the designer’s creative vision and execution are central, they will also use AI tools as assistive resources to streamline workflows, spark new ideas, and elevate the impact of visual storytelling.

  • Design Excellence
    • Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to translate concepts into compelling design solutions.
    • Apply expertise in branding, typography, negative space, and layout composition to create visually balanced and engaging work.
    • Design and execute high-quality assets across digital and print, including websites, social media graphics, event visuals, and marketing collateral.
    • Maintain a consistent global visual identity, ensuring all creative assets reflect brand standards and strategic goals.
  • AI as a Creative Partner
    • Use AI platforms (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Higgsfield AI) to support design processes — from generating inspiration to refining concepts.
    • Write and refine AI prompts to complement traditional workflows, ensuring outputs align with brand strategy.
    • Explore emerging AI tools to enhance efficiency and ideation, while keeping human creativity at the core of execution.
  • Collaboration & Communication
    • Partner with stakeholders to translate complex ideas into visually compelling designs.
    • Communicate design concepts effectively, articulating the rationale behind creative decisions.
    • Foster a collaborative environment by sharing AI-enhanced insights and creative approaches with the broader team.

All candidates must submit a portfolio with their application. It is essential to highlight your specific role and contributions in each project shared, so we can clearly understand your creative process and impact.
