We are seeking someone to join our team as a Senior Technical Implementation Manager to join our highly specialized technical delivery team responsible for building, expanding, and implementing electronic trading infrastructure across global data center environments.

This is a hands‑on individual contributor role where you will plan, lead, and execute complex infrastructure implementations for live production environments. As a senior delivery professional, you will work closely with network engineers, operations teams, and external vendors to deliver low‑latency trading platforms that support the firm’s global markets and continued expansion.

What you will do in the role:

• Lead and execute initiatives focused on the installation and expansion of electronic trading infrastructure across data center and colocation environments.

• Coordinate and drive hardware procurement and installation, including network equipment, circuits, and cross‑connects.

• Partner closely with network operations teams to test, turn up, and operationalize new electronic trading services into production.

• Own end‑to‑end implementation execution, including planning, sequencing, validation, rollback, and post‑implementation stabilization.

• Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and colocation partners throughout all phases of delivery to ensure safe and timely execution.

• Collaborate with business, technology, and operational stakeholders to align implementation activities with trading and platform requirements.

• Execute implementation work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume production environment, including scheduled off‑hours and weekend change windows.

• Act as the single point of accountability for implementation readiness and execution outcomes.

What you'll bring to the role:

• 10+ years of experience delivering complex IT infrastructure or technical implementations.

• Proven experience in financial services electronic trading, stock exchanges, or colocation environments.

• Hands‑on delivery experience supporting low‑latency trading infrastructure in mission‑critical production environments.

• Strong background in data center networking and infrastructure delivery, including hardware installs and production turn‑ups.

• Solid technical knowledge of Cisco and Arista networking environments.

• Demonstrated experience executing off‑hours production changes and weekend maintenance windows.

• Ability to operate with confidence in high‑pressure, time‑sensitive environments.

• Strong collaboration skills across engineering, operations, and third‑party vendors.

• Clear, concise communication skills during live implementations and change events.

• CCNA or CCNP certification is a strong asset.
