Beam is seeking a Head of Sales to lead and drive revenue growth, build strategic relationships, and shape the future of sales strategy. This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact by scaling products that drive resources to nonprofits and inspire greater social impact.
Responsibilities will include:
- Lead sales strategy and execution, aligning with founders and the Head of Client Strategy on business priorities and go-to-market strategies
- Serve as a key ambassador for Beam, representing the brand and its values at industry events, conferences, and partnership meetings
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing Senior Account Executive team, developing sales talent to achieve both short-term and long-term revenue goals
- Identify, negotiate, and secure high-value brand partnerships, collaborating with client strategy and partnerships teams to develop tailored proposals for target brands and corporate partners
- Lead efforts to explore and validate new markets and verticals for growth, leveraging data and insights to guide expansion strategies
You’re a great fit if you:
- Have 8+ years in sales, with at least 2-3 years managing and scaling a sales team in a high-growth startup environment (experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or social impact sectors is a plus)
- Have a strong history of exceeding sales targets, driving growth, and building long-lasting, mutually beneficial partnerships
- Can see the big picture, strategically plan for growth, and pivot as needed based on market trends and data insights
- Are able to clearly articulate Beam’s vision and inspire both internal and external stakeholders, skilled in pitching complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences
- Are highly analytical, using data and metrics to shape decisions and strategies
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or relevant equivalent experience)
Total Compensation
Total cash compensation for this role is $380,000 - $400,000 OTE per year, including base salary and performance-based bonus, plus partial 401k match and stock options.
