As our new Customer Relations Intern, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, where you will manage quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests. You will be responsible for a list of accounts in the region. You will also coordinate with the various Teams in SoftwareOne and ensure customer needs are met in a timely and accurate manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the relevant Licensing Specialists to provide license knowledge and support during the sales process
- Serve as key resource for volume license offerings
- Act as the single point of contact for account manager and customer, supporting their day-by-day delivery and overseeing
- Develop and maintain consultative relationships with existing customers
- Grow and maintain existing customer and partner relationships
- Establish and expand relationships with key executives and decision makers
