Job Description

Your Team

Our Private Bank Intermediary Sales team partners closely with leading private banks across Hong Kong to distribute our investment capabilities and deepen strategic relationships. We work across public and private markets, providing product insights, market updates, and tailored solutions to support client advisors and portfolio specialists. The team collaborates extensively with Singapore‑based colleagues and global distribution partners to ensure consistent, coordinated client delivery. Teamwork, strong communication, and cross‑regional alignment are core to how we operate, and the role requires developing a solid understanding of our business, products, and client needs as part of a global platform.

About the Role

In this role, you will support senior sales managers in driving engagement with private bank clients and expanding product penetration across the Hong Kong and regional platforms. You will assist with day‑to‑day account management, help coordinate resources across Hong Kong, Singapore, and global teams, and gradually take ownership of moderately scoped tasks or client segments. As you build working knowledge of our products, markets, and processes, you will begin planning parts of your own account coverage approach and contribute to improving workflow efficiency. Over time, you will strengthen your product expertise and take on direct client interaction—including presenting fund ideas and supporting sales discussions. We are seeking someone with strong teamwork skills, good judgment within established policies, and a positive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow into a more client‑facing role.

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Supporting senior relationship managers in day‑to‑day coverage of private bank clients

  • Coordinating with investment, product, and marketing teams to provide timely responses and support

  • Monitoring sales pipelines, maintaining CRM data, and preparing regular activity reports

  • Assisting with onboarding, due diligence requests, platform approvals, and product updates

  • Conducting market, competitor, and product research to support sales strategy development

  • Helping organize client events, webinars, and meetings with portfolio managers

  • Progressively taking on more responsibility in presenting fund ideas and meeting clients as product knowledge deepens

  • Leading small projects or process improvements that enhance team efficiency and cross‑team coordination

Requirement for the Role
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in asset management, private banking, wealth management, or relevant financial services

  • Working knowledge of investment concepts and methods, with interest in deepening expertise across funds, ETFs, multi‑asset, fixed income, and alternatives

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to use established frameworks and firm policies to guide decisions on moderately scoped tasks

  • Good communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex information to internal teams and external clients

  • Well- organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, multi‑regional environment

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across Hong Kong, Singapore, and global teams

  • A proactive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow capabilities, and eventually take on more direct client‑facing responsibilities

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; Fluent spoken and written English
