Narratize is seeking a Chief Technology Officer to provide strategic technical and product leadership for our cloud-native SaaS platform, focused on becoming the ultimate AI product intelligence solution. You will collaborate with leadership to align engineering with product and technology strategies, oversee platform performance and stability, assess the tech stack, and develop the strategic roadmap for future evolution. You will also support technical due diligence, security reviews, and compliance readiness, shaping technical management at Narratize from the ground up. As CTO, you will oversee end-to-end product development, ensuring seamless execution, scalability, and alignment with strategic objectives.

Responsibilities will include:

• Ensure the LLM-agnostic AI platform is built for scalability, efficiency, and innovation
• Align product architecture and features with business and market goals
• Guide development timing and resource alignment for market readiness
• Collaborate with leadership to integrate technology into product development and innovation
• Manage the full product lifecycle, from definition and prioritization to testing and launch
• Drive cross-functional alignment between product, marketing, sales, and customer success
• Leverage advanced AI to streamline development, improve accuracy, and accelerate timelines
• Identify risks, assess solutions, and oversee engineering talent engagement and progress
• Participate in board and sales activities as needed
• Maintain oversight of platform performance and stability
• Implement rigorous testing and iteration for a reliable, market-ready product
• Incorporate user feedback and data-driven insights to refine the product post-launch
• Provide technical support and strategy for client custom configurations to meet expectations and service level agreements

You’re a great fit if you:

• Have 7+ years of experience in enterprise software architecture, building solutions from early-stage to scale, with proactive leadership and problem-solving skills
• Have experience with foundational LLMs and RAG-based interactions, and building scalable, containerized, cloud-agnostic platforms with seamless user experiences
• Possess deep knowledge of full-stack modern development practices (DevOps, APIs, Jira, GitHub, Figma, Google Suite) and their application in product development
• Have experience in venture-backed B2B SaaS companies, scaling from seed to series and beyond
• Balance vision and strategy with execution
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external cross-functional audiences
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, documentation, and communication
• Thrive in fast-paced environments with a bias toward execution
• Are passionate about AI, innovation, and accelerating user impact
• Think strategically and architecturally about using generative AI and predictive analytics to drive business value
• Can communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and support sales and customer success teams
• Preferred: Experience building for R&D, product engineering, or new product innovation in manufacturing industries
