Job Summary:
Responsible for developing software programs per technical specifications following programming standards and procedures, performing testing, executing program modifications, and responding to problems by diagnosing and correcting errors in logic and coding.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensures secure coding and UI standards and best practices are applied during development. Provides input and contributes to the enhancement and maintenance of applications and programs. Leads efforts to configures, analyzes, designs, develops, and maintains program code and applications. Performs detailed and complex unit testing and secure code testing, and issues resolution. Drives and supports the process for source code management. Contributes to integration, systems, and performance testing and tuning of code. Participates in peer secure code reviews. Define and promote opportunities for re-usability of code, configurations, procedures, and techniques.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
College, university, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related subject, or relevant equivalent experience required. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
Significant relevant experience required. 5-7 years of experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
Blue Yonder WMS Development
- Develop, enhance, and maintain MOCA components , including MOCA commands, transactions, scripts, queries, and services.
- Build custom UI screens using PageBuilder (layouts, forms, grids, workflows).
- Create and maintain configurations for RF screens, tasks, wave planning, allocation rules, and inventory controls.
- Perform code reviews, optimize queries, and ensure adherence to best practices.
. Integration & Interface Development
- Build and maintain integrations between BY WMS and ERP (SAP/Oracle), TMS, Labeling Systems, and external applications.
- Develop integrations using BY Integrator , REST/SOAP APIs, XML/JSON services, and flat-file interfaces.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root-cause analysis, and support real-time data flows.
Database & System Performance
- Optimize MOCA transactions, and improve system performance.
- Diagnose issues with database performance, deadlocks, long-running jobs, and system bottlenecks.
- Support database migration, schema management, and environment refreshes.
Technical Leadership & Project Delivery
- Lead development workstreams for WMS projects, enhancements, and global rollouts.
- Partner with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Create Technical Specification Documents (TSDs), architecture documentation, and deployment guides.
- Mentor junior developers and ensure compliance with coding standards and CI/CD practices.
Technical Skills
- 7–10+ years of experience with Blue Yonder/RedPrairie/JDA WMS.
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- MOCA Framework
- PageBuilder
- Integrator
- RF Framework
- Command and Transaction Development
Functional Skills
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations:
- Receiving, Putaway, Picking, Replenishment
- Packing, Shipping, Wave Planning
- Cycle Counting, Inventory Control
- Value Added Services
- Experience in multi-site WMS deployments and global support.
Preferred Qualifications
- 7-10 years of hands-on experience supporting and developing Blue Yonder/JDA/RedPrairie WMS for at least 2 major Greenfield or Brownfield roll outs
- Experience with BY WMS Cloud (SaaS) and Luminate platform.
- Exposure to robotics integration, WES, WLM (Labor Management).
- Knowledge of Azure/AWS cloud platforms.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks.
