Stryker, a Medical Devices Company, has a newly built manufacturing  production plant in Skawina. We operate in the field of manufacturing implants and instruments from special materials such as: stainless steel and titanium alloys. We are looking for an experienced Production Planner to join our manufacturing team.

What will you do:

• Planning the production of medical products through collaboration with relevant functions in the supply chain.

• Ensuring data quality in the ERP system related to raw material orders, work-in-progress (WIP) orders, and finished products ready for shipment to customers.

• Maintaining effective communication with all teams involved in the production process and supporting production in achieving clear production goals, monitoring progress, and addressing any execution issues (Production Scheduling Management).

• Supervising material planning for production and material quantity levels throughout the entire manufacturing process (RM-WIP-FG stock levels).

• Monitoring and reporting on unfulfilled orders and orders, as well as creating projections for their reduction.

• Managing the production capacity planning process in collaboration with relevant departments - Production and Engineering (Capacity Planning).

• Providing planning support for the introduction of new products (NPI).

• Managing the change process from a supply chain perspective (Phase Out Management).

What do you need:

• Higher education - preferred fields: business, engineering, supply chain management, or related disciplines.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning and supply chain management, ideally in the medical device sector.

• Experience in production planning and supply chain management using an ERP system (SAP experience is a strong plus).

• Strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills.

• Proficiency in Polish and English language, both spoken and written, is required.
