Support growth: Partner with Territory Managers to help deliver revenue, share and mix targets through strategic field activity and customer support.

Own the room (and the theatre): Build credibility with surgeons, executives and nursing teams; provide in‑theatre support and product expertise that elevates the surgical experience.

Collaborate internally: Work closely with Clinical, Marketing, Service and adjacent Stryker divisions to deliver seamless customer outcomes.

Solve commercially: Assist in building tailored solutions (including financing options) that unlock customer value and accelerate adoption.

• 1–2 years’ experience in B2B sales with evidence of drive and the ability to grow in competitive markets
• Strong commercial acumen and comfort working with numbers
• Clear, confident communication skills across varied stakeholders
• High learning agility with the ability to present, influence and support complex customer engagements

Preferred

• Experience in Medical Device, Pharma, Scientific or broader health sales
• Understanding of Australia’s public and private hospital dynamics
