As our new Deputy Chief Accountant, you will oversee accurate accounting and VAT reporting, managing tax invoices, input tax, supplier reconciliations, and foreign currency transactions. You will also optimize accounting processes, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and support financial reporting and documentation workflows across the organization. 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Ensure accurate accounting and VAT reporting, including preparation of VAT declarations, input tax management, and participation in profit tax reporting 
• Manage primary documentation, including proper completion, availability of originals, and electronic document flow 
• Oversee tax invoices (TI) and adjustment calculations (AC), including export/import from BAF to FREDO, registration in the Unified Register of Tax Invoices (URTI), and unlocking blocked invoices
• Reconcile settlements with suppliers and counterparties, handle payments, and maintain accounting for accounts 6432, 6431, 6442, 6441 
• Optimize VAT accounting processes, track VAT forecasts, tax differences, and ensure compliance with registration limits and credit control 
• Manage foreign currency operations, including bank payments, receipts, and recording in BAF
• Maintain accounting for expenses, future period costs, compensatory VAT, accountable persons (business trips), and control of material write-offs and fixed/intangible assets 
• Perform other accounting-related tasks, resolving standard issues and supporting overall financial reporting and documentation workflows
