About Us:

Morgan Stanley is seeking a highly motivated and organized Analyst to join our Digital Marketing team. This role is crucial in supporting our website marketing efforts, ensuring our digital presence is optimized and aligned with our strategic goals. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic team player, capable of collaborating across various departments including marketing, product, sales & service, and legal.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and optimize landing pages using Adobe Experience Manager, our content management system. Implement ad-hoc updates to new and launched product and marketing pages.
  • Plan, execute, and manage site requests with our partners using JIRA and Adobe Workfront.
  • Support site content management, A/B testing, SEO, and testing execution to enhance user engagement and site performance.
  • Analyze website performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve user experience and engagement.
  • Participate in and represent the digital marketing team in all Agile-related ceremonies including daily standup, grooming, planning, demo, and retrospective sessions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, design, analytics, legal, and business units, to gather and prioritize requirements.
  • Collaborate with marketing tech and manage the development and implementation of new features and enhancements.
  • Support ongoing releases by coordinating with relevant teams to ensure timely and successful deployment of updates and new functionalities. Troubleshoot and resolve issues within current and planned experiences.
  • Lead annual site reviews and audits with stakeholders across the firm.
  • Collaborate with the analytics team to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing initiatives. Update and maintain project dashboards, reports, and presentation materials for tracking progress and key metrics.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure our strategies remain competitive.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree ideally in marketing or technology.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing either via internships or paid positions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing technologies.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  • Experience with content management systems (Adobe Experience Manager or other).
  • Experience with a testing and optimization platform.
  • Experience with SEO platforms.
  • Experience in financial services or other regulated industry.
