We are looking for an FP&A in Mexico City. In this role, you will be fully responsible for the financial planning and analysis function, leading budgeting cycles, monthly forecasts, and full P&L analysis. You will work in close collaboration with local and regional leaders to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial information, acting as a key advisor for areas such as Sales, Marketing, People & Culture, and Legal.

What you will do: 

•  Act as the primary financial advisor for the local Commercial team and enabling functions in Mexico (~290 employees), maintaining a direct collaborative line with Regional FP&A leadership.

• Lead the preparation and development of budget proposals and monthly forecasts, performing scenario modeling and consolidation of all P&L lines to provide strategic data.

• Develop monthly reports and management presentations with detailed variance analysis (vs. Budget/Prior Year), identifying and highlighting relevant risks and opportunities for the business.

•  Execute month-end closing activities for the subsidiary (accruals, reclassifications, and headcount monitoring) in alignment with the Accounting and Tax teams and in compliance with FSSC policies.

• Lead automation projects, optimize processes within the ERP (Navision), and ensure accurate data uploads into global reporting tools.
