Job Details
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will support SoftwareOne’s indirect business by enabling partners to onboard customers, manage cloud services, and navigate our Cloud IQ self‑service portal with ease. Your focus will be on delivering a seamless partner experience, driving adoption of Cloud IQ features, and supporting sales through efficient order and license operations.
Key Responsibilites
- Enable newly onboarded partners on the Cloud IQ portal for order processing and cost‑management features.
- Support partners in onboarding their customers onto the SoftwareOne portal, ensuring smooth end‑to‑end usage.
- Conduct regular enablement/training sessions on portal features and benefits.
- Understand Microsoft Licensing Models (CSP preferred) to guide partners effectively.
- Follow up with CSP partners for account creation and subscription setup in Cloud IQ.
- Provide timely updates on subscription renewals before due dates.
- Support sales teams with cost‑sheet approvals and required documentation.
- Provision Excel‑based reports for internal stakeholders and ensure CRM hygiene through continuous updates.
- Understand public cloud platforms (advantage) and partner business environments.
