Associate Consultant – Azure & M365 Support

As an Associate Consultant, you will handle complex support tickets related to Azure and M365, ensuring timely resolution and outstanding customer communication.

- Manage incidents and service requests in line with SLAs and customer expectations.
- Collaborate with consultants and stakeholders to gather all necessary information for resolution.
- Provide guidance and coaching to junior team members by sharing best practices and solutions.
- Communicate effectively with customers during critical events and ensure transparency.
- Contribute to process improvements and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.
