We are looking for a Finance Operations Specialist to manage accounting processes within a Shared Services (FSSC) model, ensuring the quality of financial information, compliance with regulations, and the proper execution of month-end close and reporting. This role involves direct interaction with stakeholders in the United States, requiring a collaborative approach and strong communication skills.

• Manage journal entries and execute month-end close processes.
• Prepare, analyze, and report financial information.
• Perform account reconciliations and balance sheet validations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS / US GAAP).
• Collaborate with international stakeholders and support process improvement initiatives.
