Role Overview

As a Senior Client Strat Data Architect supporting the Institutional Securities Business, you will be a leader in building a data platform that exposes KPIs calculated from data from all parts of the organization. You will collaborate with teams across the firm, design, build, and optimize data pipelines that enable advanced analytics and business insights into our Institutional Securities business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, ensuring the successful delivery of client-centric reporting tools while balancing priorities and timelines
• Deliver actionable data insights and key business metrics by developing and maintaining tools and reports tailored for COOs and Business Management
• Oversee, support, and mentor junior developers, fostering their technical growth and ensuring high-quality project contributions
• Integrate large language models (LLMs) and generative AI (GenAI) technologies into data engineering workflows to enhance data analysis and automation.
• Implement data governance, security, and recovery mechanisms.

Requirements:

• Education: CS or related education, knowledge of data structures, algorithms, OOP
• 5+ years’ experience with data engineering and distributed computing
• Experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) or cloud platforms (SnowFlake, AWS) is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with managing complex deliveries
• Experience with managing small to medium sized teams
