Scope: Build a detailed project plan for Client's card operations and technology set-up and align the same with Client’s management team
Responsibilities:
Own and track delivery of the project, and report progress to Client's management team
Identify risks and propose mitigation steps to stay on track against the project plan
Liaison with the Client’s operations, technology teams and Payment Network SMEs for various network related processes
Liaison with the Client’s teams to ensure smooth integration of the network modules
Support the Client teams in building and finalizing business requirement documents for the project
Support the Client teams by reviewing the UAT process and the testing use cases
Qualifications
Based or comfortable operating in Dhaka, Bangladesh
At least 5 years of relevant experience managing card related operations and technology
Well versed with payment network related processes. Experience in on-boarding new client on payment network is preferred
Be a critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Exceptional stakeholder management, project management and collaboration skills
Strong presentation and communications skills are essential
Understand current marketing trends and competition benchmarking
Ability to operate independently in a flexible and high-ambiguity environment to drive client results
