As part of the SAP Customer team, your primary focus will be on Lead to Cash transformation for our clients - both traditional business models and enabling next generation XaaS (anything as a service) business models leveraging SAP C/4 Sales, Service and Marketing cloud; SAP CPQ; SAP Commerce; SAP Subscription Billing (BRIM); SAP Entitlement Management; and SAP S/4 Sales and Distribution solutions.

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in SAP (Systems Applications and Products) customer modules in a consulting capacity, including:
- Demonstrating success with clients’ business and IT teams to understand key business goals and translate those to a SAP SD/LE/TM/AVC/CAR etc. solutions;
- Demonstrating success defining project scope and project implementation plans;
- Demonstrating success establishing measurable criteria concerning deliverability, performance, maintenance, design, and costs;
- Working collaboratively with clients and SAP customer technical staff;
- Demonstrating knowledge and proficiency with SAP S4 customer stack in general;
- Demonstrating knowledge and experience working with a team and/or leading project work streams to assist with designing and implementing the hybris product suite and improving business processes;
- Understanding the impact of master data and hierarchies on the OTC (Order to Cash) process and reporting and coordinating with cross functional teams to deliver solution holistically;
- Utilizing past implementation experience of SAP SD configuration and build to define processes across order to cash (pricing, discounts, order, delivery, invoicing etc.);
- Demonstrating knowledge and exposure to the common issues facing clients who provide products and services within one or more of the following sectors including technology, automotive, consumer and retail, energy, industrial products or utilities;
- Demonstrating proven abilities and success with the SAP customer suite leading or assisting with technical development efforts and off-shore development resources;
- Assisting with designing, building, testing, and deploying the hybris solution components required for successful hybris solutions, including integration to SAP and non-SAP systems;
- Working within a team or leading teams to create an atmosphere of trust, seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation, and coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback;
- Demonstrating a record of success in evaluating new support processes, models, pricing, and tools and related competitive offerings delivered by other hybris Service providers;
- Collaborating and coordinating with Technical, Solution, Sales, Pricing, and Operations teams to interpret client RFP (Request for Proposal) requirements, and craft enterprise commerce solutions that satisfy those requirements;
- Working with project leaders to assist with developing strategy; as well as writing, communicating, facilitating, and presenting cogently;

The salary range for this position is: $84,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
