About the job:

The Senior Engineer is responsible to solve technical/application problems of Stryker’s products installation, maintenance and support sales/marketing departments. The key of his role is important in establishing further credibility within the marketplace for quality of service provided by Stryker, it’s technical capability and ongoing customer service improves sales opportunities within the market.

What you will be doing:

• Provide technical and repair support service including quotations, service report preparation for customers and dealers in field
• Assist Sales in conducting product trial and equipment demonstration.
• Coordinate with internal parties for purchase order and do installation of Stryker products in hospital, provide after-sales service and preventive maintenance service on site according to documented procedures and ISO request
• Quality standers maintained and absence of non-conformance report by ISO auditors
• Ensure all technical repairs and testing equipment is incompliance with corporate, ISO and local stander.
• Contact and follow up with the manufacturing site for product maintenance and replacement
• Be responsible for cross franchise products’ repair and maintenance for our product portfolios such as Instrument, Endoscopy, Communication, Navigation, Mako, Mobius.
• Work closely with team member and provide experience and support to team members

Who are we looking for:

• University graduate in engineering or medical related qualification 
• At least 3-5 years’ experience relevant experience with 2-3 years in healthcare industry is preferred
• Advanced knowledge of basic computer system and basic understanding of mechanical, bio-medical, electrical, radiation skill
• Basic ISO 13485 knowledge to assist annual Quality Control process
• Good sense of Customer Services or account servicing with an excellent communication skill
• Familiar with inventory and safety related process flows
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Good command of spoken and written in Chinese and English
• Problem solver, independent, self-motivated, collaborative
• Candidate with less experience would be considered as Field Service Engineer
