Team/Role Overview
Team in Hungary supports not only Hungary but also cluster and global level requests, where each member of team has direct influence on client experience as well as Citi’s branding. In a day-to-day business, team solves complex queries/requests of clients, which are great assets for self-development of each member of the team.
What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of high-profile clients
- Ensure transactions are investigated and resolved timely and professionally and in line with departmental standards
- Escalate customer feedback, process delays and errors
- Conduct necessary analyses to resolve problems, liaising with internal teams on escalation
- Complete tasks such as reviews, audit preparation, capacity planning, reporting and maintain control environment
What we will need from you
- 2-5 years of Cash and/or customer experience
- Relevant experience in cash processing is preferred
- SWIFT knowledge is an advantage
- Proven self-reliance and accountability and ability to manage risk
- Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication with ability to influence stakeholders
- Proven investigative and analytical skills
