We are looking for a driven Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of direct B2B customers in the Lithuanian market. In this role you will act as a trusted advisor, supporting customers on their digital transformation journey while retaining revenue, securing renewals, and expanding accounts through crossselling software licensing, cloud (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), and IT services.
Key responsibilities
- Own a defined portfolio of B2B customers,retainingand growing revenue through renewals, cross-sell, and up-sell opportunities
- Act as the primary strategic advisor for customers, guiding Microsoft licensing, cloud adoption, and digital transformation initiatives
- Take end-to-end ownership of the software licensing order lifecycle, ensuringaccuratequoting, ordering, and invoicing
- Develop and execute strategic account plans,identifyingwhite-space opportunities across software, cloud, and services
- Lead complex sales cycles, including cloud migrations, managed services, and enterprise licensing agreements
- Build multi-level client relationships, engaging IT, procurement, and senior business stakeholders
- Orchestrate internal and partner teams (Microsoft, AWS, Google) to deliver a seamless customer experience
