Key Responsibilities / Duties:

• Delivering/Deploying application and data enhancement releases working with multiple engineering team members.

• Provide maintenance/support for existing EMEA ETF Apps built on Microsoft & AWS Technology stack including but not limited to products and frameworks like Power BI, Snowflake, Airflow.

• Project Planning and Prioritization of tasks based on technology vision and road map.

• Exercise judgment and discretion in software development and work assignments by prioritizing, planning, and tracking project progress
• Proactively look for modernizing, enhancing, and extending technical solutions wherever there is high value and benefit to business teams
• Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes
• Collaborate and Mentor other developers on modern technologies and concepts whenever needed
• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
• Utilize both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices

Work Experience / Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of SDLC processes and Agile project management principles
• 10+ years of IT experience in application design and development using SQL and dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI)
• 5+ years of experience leading teams and managing engineers directly or indirectly
• 5+ Years of experience working on ETF Domain, including data models, industry workflows, and analytics use cases
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based application development (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• Proven ability to define data engineering best practices, oversee data pipelines, and ensure scalable, high-quality data solutions
