The Mainstream Innovation Strategy & Business Development team focuses on Market Assessment, Product Market Fit, Go-To-Market strategy. Each member of the team brings unique skills and expertise that can deliver product and competitive assessments, data-driven strategic insights, and support operational activities in order to strengthen and grow our programs. In this dynamic role, you’ll play a key part in driving our organization’s success by analyzing customer and market data to support strategic decisions. You’ll transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that directly impact business growth and shape the direction of our solutions in cutting-edge technology markets. If you're passionate about making a real impact through data and innovation, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow and learn. The ideal candidate should have skills in the following areas:
· Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle data-related challenges, uncovering meaningful insights from complex data sets and ensuring actionable outcomes.
· Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to present data-driven insights to cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex findings into clear, understandable concepts.
· Creativity: Ability to think creatively when approaching data challenges and uncover hidden patterns or trends that can drive innovation and business strategies.
· Self-Motivation and Learning Agility: Proactive attitude toward learning new data analysis techniques, tools, and methodologies, with the ability to adapt to evolving business needs and industry trends.
· Education: Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, information technology, or a related discipline.
· Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting, with the ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets, create pivot tables, and generate insights from raw data.
· Statistical Knowledge: Basic understanding of statistical concepts and methods, including regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and data distribution, for making informed decisions based on data.
· Data Cleaning and Preprocessing: Experience with data cleaning and preprocessing techniques to ensure that data sets are accurate, complete, and ready for analysis.
· Data Synthesis: Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights, transforming raw information into reports that guide strategic business decisions.
· Analytical Skills: Advanced analytical skills with a strategic mindset, able to approach data from a high-level perspective while paying close attention to detail.
· Written and Verbal Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively present analysis results and data insights to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
· Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, ensuring that all analysis is correct and aligned with business objectives.
· Logical Problem-Solving Ability: Logical problem-solving ability with a data-driven approach, using data insights to find solutions to business challenges and opportunities.
· Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, sharing insights, working towards common goals, and delivering impactful data-driven results.
