The Finance Associate – Level II prepares basic financial analyses and reports to support management decision-making and business performance. This role supports annual budgeting and forecasting processes, performs financial transactions and reporting activities, and ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial data. The position operates under moderate supervision and collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to drive financial awareness and discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare routine financial reports for management, highlighting key areas of emphasis and required follow-up actions.
- Analyze financial data to support departmental budgets and forecasting activities.
- Monitor and explain expense variances, increasing spending awareness across the organization.
- Load actual and forecast data into financial systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Support daily financial processes including purchase requisitions, invoice reconciliation, supplier payments, check requests, and budget-related inquiries.
- Interpret financial results by analyzing trends, risks, and opportunities to provide meaningful insights to stakeholders.
- Ensure integrity of financial data by investigating discrepancies and supporting corrective actions.
- Prepare and present summarized financial information in compliance with regulatory and stakeholder requirements.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to drive financial performance aligned with organizational goals and strategies.
- Participate in special projects and perform ad hoc financial reporting as required.

QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience required.
- Accounting degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and the ability to apply them effectively in analysis and reporting.
