What the role is
The role of Officer – Data Management/Information Analyst will be part of AIM CGW Business Intelligence team.
In this role, you will work alongside a highly talented team of analysts and stakeholders to transform data into insightful reports to help business learn more about customer desires, performance and to track the major business driver metrics through which the organization will take business centric decisions.

What you do
Data Exploration. Understand underlying data sources by dwelling into multiple platforms scattered across the organization. You do what it takes to gather information by connecting with people across business teams and technology.
Build Data Assets. Developing and building multi-dimensional data assets that captures abundant information about various line of business, with continuous improvement on data design solutions
Dashboarding and Visualization. You develop insightful, visually compelling and engaging dashboards that supports decision making and drive adoption.
Flawless Execution. Manage and sequence delivery of reporting and data needs. Become a SME in the team, understand business requirement and translate it into executable steps for the team members, support and troubleshoot issues, identify root cause, perform code review, share best practices, and be the final sign-off authority for team deliverables.
Stakeholder Management. Build strong independent relationships across Business, Technology and Country partners driving seamless delivery and alignment on areas of concerns and opportunity areas to offer forward looking solutions
Process & Controls Orientation. You not only adhere to existing process and controls but also continuously monitor and drive potential process improvements. Create clear process documents, also ensure they stay relevant
Qualifications
- Must have 6+ years of work experience largely in the Data Management / engineering space
- Must have expertise working with SQL
- Must have expertise working with either Pyspark/Python or SAS for data extraction and deep dive activities
- Prior experience or someone with aspirations to explore the banking industry
- Good to have working experience on MS Office Package (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc with VBA) and/or BI Visualization tools like Tableau is a plus
