DESCRIPTION

Job Summary:

Performs non production activities which support the manufacturing processes in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment with limited guidance

Key Responsibilities:

1.Ensuring Safety: By stopping work and reporting any major injury hazards immediately, you help maintain a safe work environment. 2.Compliance and Reporting: Reporting any work-related injuries, illnesses, incidents, or hazards ensures compliance with HSE standards and promotes a culture of safety. 3.Environmental Stewardship: Recognizing and minimizing the negative impact of your work on the environment helps in promoting sustainability. 4.Quality Assurance: Performing quality inspections and raising concerns helps in maintaining high standards and reducing costs and exposures. 5.Operational Excellence: Supporting continuous improvement activities and applying COS and OE methodologies enhances overall process efficiency and effectiveness. 6.Team Collaboration: Communicating effectively with your team and support teams fosters a collaborative work environment and improves process performance. 7.Personal Development: Engaging in training and personal development ensures you stay updated with business requirements and improve your skills. 8.Housekeeping and Resource Management: Maintaining a clean and orderly work area and managing company resources responsibly contributes to a productive and efficient workplace.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:

Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be able to work some over time.
  • Must be able to work at some heights.
  • Must be able to pass physical for breathable air equipment.
