We are looking for a talented Product Support Representative to join our product team in our branch in Perth. This role will support our mining customers in Western Australia.

About this role:

  • As a member of our Product support team, this role supports our Mining business customers across Western Australia
  • Manage the engine life database
  • Respond to urgent customer requirements – technical and product issues
  • Liaise with Key stakeholders such as our customers and engineers.
  • Develop strong relationships with our valued customers
  • Uphold our Cummins values and adhere to all company policies and procedures

Desirable attributes for this role:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer centric approach to business
  • Able to develop strong, value-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Serve as a technical support resource, providing diagnostic support on complex repair events
  • Mechanical training is desirable but not essential.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual Salary - commensurate with experience. Participation in an annual variable compensation (bonus) program. Salary continuance insurance. RESPONSIBILITIES

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

  • A college, university, or equivalent degree in a relevant technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Intermediate level of relevant work experience in technical support, diagnostics, or field service.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to technicians, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage complex technical issues and synthesize large volumes of diagnostic data.
  • Proficiency in using electronic service tools, diagnostic software, and mechanical/electronic troubleshooting equipment.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a passion for solving problems and delivering value.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with Cummins products and service systems is a plus.
