Introduction to the TeamWe are looking for a commercially driven team leader to grow new business within a defined territory while building and developing a high-performing team.
You will be accountable for delivering revenue targets, coaching team members, and ensuring strong execution across the sales funnel—from lead generation to deal closure.

In this role, you will:
1. Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team to consistently meet or exceed targets
  • Set clear goals, expectations, and performance standards
  • Run regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback
  • Hire, onboard, and develop new team members
  • Foster a high-performance, inclusive, and accountable team culture
  • Ensure workload is well distributed and aligned with team capabilities
2. Commercial Execution
  • Drive new business acquisition within the assigned territory
  • Support the team in progressing deals and closing opportunities
  • Engage directly with key customers to understand needs and drive value
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of products and services
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable insights
3. Strategy & Business Planning
  • Contribute to target setting and territory planning
  • Identify business opportunities and define clear action plans
  • Build simple business cases (including cost/benefit and risk analysis)
  • Provide regular market insights and performance updates to leadership
4. Stakeholder & Contract Management
  • Support contract discussions for standard agreements
  • Collaborate with legal on contract terms when needed
  • Navigate negotiations by balancing commercial outcomes and customer needs
  • Escalate complex negotiations appropriately
5. Resource & Performance Management
  • Allocate resources effectively to meet team goals
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust execution accordingly
  • Ensure efficient use of time and budget, minimizing waste
6. Product & Market Expertise
  • Maintain strong knowledge of products, services, and market dynamics
  • Understand competitive landscape and positioning
  • Coach team members on product knowledge and commercial messaging
  • Tailor solutions to meet customer-specific needs

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Experience:5+ years (Bachelor’s) or 3+ years (Master’s) in relevant commercial roles
  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • Skills:Strong leadership and coaching capabilities
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Commercial mindset with ability to close deals
  • Ability to simplify complexity and drive execution
  • Languages:Fluent in English
  • Additional local language is a plus
