In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships, driving strategic automation solutions by embracing a transformation mindset and challenging the status quo.
This is a Director, Advanced Specialist position at the P4 job level within Core Services, which is responsible for performing and managing product-agnostic and centralized operational services across several businesses and products.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and deliver automation opportunities across Wealth Management Operations, including trade processing, settlements, reconciliations, client reporting, reference data, and exception management
- Design, build, test, deploy, and support automation solutions using RPA, workflow, and scripting technologies
- Translate operational and control requirements into scalable, resilient automation solutions
- Embed strong controls, validations, audit trails, and exception handling into all automations
- Ensure solutions comply with internal governance, change management, and regulatory requirements
- Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Audit teams to support reviews, documentation, and control testing
- Monitor and support production automations, including incident resolution and root‑cause analysis
- Develop reusable components, standards, and best practices for WM Operations automation
- Provide transparent communication on delivery status, risks, and benefits to stakeholders
- Mentor and guide junior automation developers and analysts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience delivering automation solutions within Financial Services
- Hands‑on experience with automation platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate
- Strong scripting or programming skills (e.g., Python, VBA, SQL, PowerShell)
- Solid understanding of Wealth Management or Capital Markets Operations processes
- Experience working in regulated, production‑critical environments with strong controls
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience supporting WM Operations functions such as Settlements, Trade Support, Reconciliations, or Client Reporting
- Experience integrating automations with legacy or mainframe‑based systems
- Familiarity with workflow orchestration, APIs, and system integrations
- Experience supporting audits, regulatory exams, or control attestations
- Relevant automation or platform certifications

Salary range for the position: $93,000.00 and $140,000.00 per year. The successful candidate
may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be
eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which also may include a
