Job Details

MD Ally is seeking an experienced and high-performing Sales Executive to drive meaningful growth for the organization by owning the sales cycle, including lead generation, pipeline management, closing deals, and partnering with Customer Success to onboard new clients.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Engage with 911 and EMS leaders to understand their organizations’ needs and effectively communicate how MD Ally can add value
  • Conduct market and competitive research to develop tailored sales strategies and successful proposal narratives
  • Prospect for new business, build and manage the sales pipeline, and develop relationships from cold outreach to full customers
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to closing deals, consistently exceeding aggressive sales goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with key client decision-makers and industry partners through consistent engagement and education on MD Ally products
  • Lead and support contract negotiations, manage pipeline and forecast to drive sales opportunities to closure against a sales quota
  • Maintain accurate information in company database/CRM management software

You’re a great fit if you:

  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in effective outreach to prospective clients and consistently over-achieving quota
  • Have experience with EMS systems or public safety agencies (strongly preferred)
  • Are mission-driven, a strong problem-solver, and skilled in adapting quickly to change
  • Excel in a fast-paced, startup, entrepreneurial environment
  • Consistently exceed key performance measures month over month
  • Have impeccable written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate value to stakeholders in the EMS and public safety space
  • Are independent, organized, detail-oriented, results-driven, and mature enough to work remotely
  • Are a leader who can execute autonomously and proactively contribute to team success
  • Have experience running a procurement-based sales process, developing tailored contracts, and closing complex deals (a plus)
