This role supports the oversight and implementation of Conflicts of Interest (COI) compliance processes and awareness initiatives with global coordination. It ensures adherence to healthcare laws, regulations, and company policies, and assists in developing and executing COI policies, procedures, and best practices.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • COI Investigations & Reviews: Support and manage investigations into potential conflicts of interest, including data analysis, interviews, and preparation of detailed reports. Conduct reviews of operational matters related to COI, ensuring confidentiality and integrity
  • Policy Implementation & Training: Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining COI compliance policies and procedures. Collaborate with the Ethics & Compliance team to deliver training on COI topics, monitor completion, and ensure ongoing awareness
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company standards. Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices
  • Disclosure Management: Assist in the collection, review, and resolution of COI disclosures using role-based questionnaires and automated workflows where possible. Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of disclosures and compliance activities
  • Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Proactively identify, assess, and resolve potential COI risks, offering guidance to mitigate and prevent future issues. Support the identification and monitoring of COI key risk indicators
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with legal, HR, finance, operations, and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to COI compliance. Foster a culture of compliance throughout the organization
  • Reporting & Audit Support: Prepare periodic reports for management and regulatory bodies. Support internal and external audits related to COI compliance
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Provide timely updates to business, legal, and leadership stakeholders. Demonstrate solid interpersonal and communication skills, fostering collaboration across functions and all levels of the organization
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in law, business, healthcare administration, or a related field
  • 6+ years of work experience in compliance, with a focus on COI, ethics, and compliance
  • Solid legal/compliance and research skills
  • Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Compliance certification (internal/external) 
  • Experience in establishing compliance frameworks, risk consulting, investigations, training, and communication related to COI
