Job Summary
As a Data & Analytics Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enabling data-driven decision-making across Talent Acquisition and HR functions. You will focus on building and managing dashboards, analyzing data to uncover actionable insights, and ensuring data accuracy and compliance. This role demands an analytical mindset, proficiency in data tools, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful narratives for stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track recruitment metrics and other HR KPIs.
- Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement in Talent Acquisition processes.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across multiple systems, including ATS platforms like iCIMS.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on predictive analytics and historical data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate reporting and streamline analytics workflows.
- Expertise in data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in trend analysis.
- Knowledge of HR systems, metrics, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills to present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
